Lincoln International is a muli-local, multi-industry, integrated investment bank specialized in mid-market M&A. In 2018, we completed more than 215 M&A, capital raise, restructuring and other advisory transactions globally.

Multi-local:  Each of Lincoln International's global offices is staffed with senior bankers from that country who have deep contacts and expertise in completing transactions in that region.  We currently have offices in Chicago, Frankfurt, London, Paris, Brussel, Vienna, Amsterdam, Madrid, New York, Los Angeles, Mumbai, Tokio, Beijing and Moscow and are planning to expand our operations both through strengthening local teams and opening new offices.   

Multi-industry:  With approximately 500 M&A professionals, we have the resources to have deep industry expertise in multiple industries.
